This Privacy Policy explains how EditTextImage ("EditTextImage," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit edittextimage.online or use our image text editing service (the "Service").

If you purchase a plan or credits, we collect order identifiers, selected product or plan, amount, currency, payment status, billing email, credits granted, and transaction records. Payment card and bank details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored directly by EditTextImage.
We may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, feature interactions, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie identifiers, logs, and diagnostic information.

EditTextImage is an AI-assisted service. Your uploaded image, original text, replacement text, and generated instructions are transmitted to infrastructure and AI processing providers so the requested edit can be completed. These providers may temporarily process or retain request data under their own terms, security practices, and legal obligations.
Reference images and generated results may be stored in cloud object storage and associated with your account or job record. Do not upload sensitive personal data, confidential records, government identification, financial documents, medical records, intimate imagery, or materials you are not authorized to process.
We use necessary cookies or similar storage to maintain sessions, secure accounts, remember preferences, and operate core features. If analytics is enabled, analytics providers may collect device, page, referral, and interaction information to help us understand product performance.

Deleting a job from the interface may hide or soft-delete its database record and may not immediately remove related files, provider copies, logs, backups, or records we must retain. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or isolate it as appropriate.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, encrypted network transmission, monitoring, and restricted service credentials. No online service or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
